FFF Free-Range Eggs
FFF Thick-Cut Bacon
Cheddar Cheese, Chives
Mozzarella Cheese, Chopped Spinach, Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
Chopped Mushrooms, Chopped Red Bell Pepper, Minced Garlic
1. Preheat Oven to 400F
2. Line muffin tin cups with 1 slice bacon each
3. Cook bacon for 10 minutes
4. After the 10 minutes, crack eggs into each cup
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook until desired consistency
**For an added flare, also sprinkle cheddar cheese and chives on top
6. Use a butter knife to remove cups from muffin tin and let set on cookie rack
7. Eat right there or store for later!
1. While bacon is cooking whisk together eggs with desired ingredients and a dash of water (this helps to keep mixture fluffy)
2. Take bacon out and drop temp to 350F
3. Fill muffin tins halfway with egg mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Cook for 15-20 mins or until desired consistency
5. Use a butter knife to remove cups from muffin tin and let set on cookie rack
6. Eat right there or store for later!
