Tacos & Fajitas Recipe


2 pounds FFF Carne Asada

2 tablespoons Cilantro

4 cloves Garlic

1/4 cup Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)

1/3 cup Olive oil, extra virgin

2 tablespoons Orange Juice

4 tablespoons Lime juice

2 teaspoon Cumin

1 tablespoon Chili powder

1 teaspoon Onion powder

1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 teaspoon Black Pepper


1. Combine ingredients into a bowl, mixing until even throughout. 

2. Cut Carne Asada into strips, then place marinade and meat into a Ziplock bag, allowing to marinate overnight (4 hours minimum)

3. Allowing meat to sit at room temp for 30 minutes, heat a cast iron pan on medium-high. Place strips of Carne Asada on pan, allowing to sear on each side until cooked thoroughly. 

4. Once the Carne Asada is cooked, you can serve as fajitas or tacos. For Fajitas, grill up onions and peppers in the same pan, mixing in the Carne Asada at the end. For tacos, roast tortillas over the stove and put together using your favorite taco toppings.
