As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on orders placed on our website, however if you are not satisfied with your order, please call us at 1-530-268-8000 to resolve the problem. If you have questions regarding your online order, we recommend calling us before completing the purchase on our website.
We desire to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If we can't ship your order right away then we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. When placing an order online, please use the special instructions field (during the ordering process) to communicate any special delivery requirements, or to request a specific delivery date.
We will do our best to accommodate delivery dates, but for critical shipments we recommend calling us to confirm availability. We do not ship C.O.D. and we do not require a signature for a package to be left unless requested. We ship via Golden State Overnight (GSO) and are unable to deliver to P.O boxes. Delays or returns due to invalid or incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the purchaser, although we and our carriers do our best to ensure the product arrives as intended. We are not responsible for delays due to signature requirements or delivery attempts. Whether or not to leave a package is at the driver’s discretion and out of our control.
At the time your order is placed, please make sure to provide us with a valid email address so that we can provide you with a GSO tracking number for your shipment.
