Classic Thanksgiving Stuffing Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb FFF Country Sausage
1 Loaf of White Bread, cut into 1 inch cubes (Preferably either stale or toasted)
Alternatively you can use large cubed Breadcrumbs
1/2 Yellow Onion, Diced
3 Celery Stalks, Diced
1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
2 Cups Turkey Pan Drippings (or Chicken Broth)
3 Tablespoons Dried Sage
3 Tablespoons Dried Rosemary
3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley (Optional)
Your Favorite Seasoning Salt
Salt
Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven on bake to 350 degrees F.
2. Add the Sausage to a pan and brown on high heat. Then set aside in a large mixing bowl and save the sausage grease in the pan.
3. While the Sausage is cooking, add the veggies to a separate bowl and toss with the Herbs and spices.
4. In the sausage pan, add the seasoned veggies and cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until they start to become translucent, but still mildly crunchy. Put in the mixing bowl with the sausage.
5. Add the cubed breadcrumbs to the large mixing bowl and lightly stir to mix the breadcrumbs and sausage and veggie mix together.
6. Take about 2 cups of drippings from the pan you cooked the Turkey in (Or Chicken Broth) and slowly pour it into the mixing bowl with the breadcrumbs, veggies and sausage, slowly stirring to coat all of the breadcrumbs.
7. In a greased oven safe baking tray, add the stuffing and pour the melted butter over the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to crisp the top.
8. Let sit for several minutes, then serve with your Thanksgiving feast and Enjoy!
