We will be closed this week from Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving) - Sunday, November 30th. Our last shipping orders before Thanksgiving will be sent out on Monday, November 24th so that they arrive before Thanksgiving. We will not be making our typical deliveries to the Bay area/Sacramento or have our Local pickups on Saturday, November 29th. BBQ Lamb Shoulder Chops

BBQ Lamb Shoulder Chops

INGREDIENTS:
2 Packs FFF Lamb Shoulder Chops
Olive oil
Salt
Rosemary
Seasoning Salt (We like Lowry's Seasoned Salt)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Defrost the Lamb chops, and place on a tray. Pour a small amount of olive oil and rub it in on all sides. Then season your Lamb chops with the salt, rosemary and seasoning salt and let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
2. Bring your grill up to about 250 Degrees F, and place your chops on the grill on indirect heat next to the flame for about 5 minutes per side. 
3. Raise the temperature of your grill and sear the Lamb chops until no higher than 130 degrees F internal, (or until your desired temperature).
4. Remove from the heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Then serve and Enjoy!
