We will be closed this week from Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving) - Sunday, November 30th. Our last shipping orders before Thanksgiving will be sent out on Monday, November 24th so that they arrive before Thanksgiving. We will not be making our typical deliveries to the Bay area/Sacramento or have our Local pickups on Saturday, November 29th. Spaghetti with Organ Meat Red Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1lb FFF Ground Beef
1/4 lb FFF Liver, Kidney, Spleen or Heart
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Red Sauce (Jarred or Homemade)
Spaghetti Noodles

DIRECTIONS:
1. Partially defrost the meat, roughly chop the Organ Meat into cubes and set aside.
2. In a large pan on the stove, add in a little Olive Oil and start to brown the Ground Beef, cooking on Medium high.
3. While the Ground Beef is cooking, in a Blender or Food Processor, blend the cubes of Organ meat, (Using the pulse option, 2-3 pulses for 1-2 Seconds should be plenty. It should have a ground consistency, and should NOT be a paste). Once ground, turn the heat on the stove down to medium low and add the ground Organ meat to the Ground Beef to finish cooking.
4. Once the Meat is mostly cooked, add in the Red Sauce, Salt, Pepper and Italian Seasoning and cook on medium low until it starts to thicken.
5. While the meat sauce is cooking down, add a pot of water to the stove and cook the Spaghetti Noodles.
6. Drain the noodles, and add more seasoning to the sauce to taste.
7. Plate the Spaghetti, cover with meat sauce, serve with garlic bread and Enjoy!
