We deliver our Grass-Fed Beef, Pasture-Raised Pork, Grass-Fed Lamb, Pasture-Raised Chicken and Pasture-Raised Turkeys to homes throughout Northern California. We make our own personal deliveries to our customers in the Bay and Sacramento areas, including, but not limited to: San Francisco, Oakland, Davis, Fairfield, Berkley, Foster City, Redwood City, Belmont, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Cupertino, Campbell, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Pleasanton, Hayward, Livermore, San Ramon, Tracy, Manteca, Stockton, Sacramento, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Rocklin, Lincoln, Roseville, Auburn, Grass Valley and More!

We ship our healthy meats every Tuesday directly to homes throughout all of California (except for the above mentioned Home Delivery areas), as well as most of Nevada and Arizona, and parts of Oregon, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico and Washington - including Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Boise, Portland and Seattle. Our personal home delivery and shipping rates are based on the total weight of meat in your order.

- The Nevada service area includes nearly all Zip Codes.
- The Arizona service area includes the metropolitan areas of Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff via 2-day shipping.
- The Utah service area includes the metropolitan areas of Salt Lake City Via 2-day shipping.
- The New Mexico Service includes the metropolitan areas of Albuquerque and Santa Fe via 2-day shipping.
- The Idaho service area includes the metropolitan area of Boise via 2-day shipping.
- The Oregon service area includes the metropolitan areas of Portland, Eugene and the I-5 corridor via 2-day shipping.
- The Washington service area includes the metropolitan areas of Seattle, Tacoma and the I-5 corridor via 2-day shipping.

We ship our pasture-raised meat frozen (directly from our farm to your front door) using dry ice and insulated packaging in order to ensure quality and safety.
We maintain pricing transparency by keeping our shipping costs as close to actual carrier pricing as possible, without inflating our meat prices. This approach allows families to pay fair prices for both our food and the delivery.

Shipping Policy
We desire to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If we can't ship your order right away then we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. When placing an order online, please use the special instructions field (during the ordering process) to communicate any special delivery requirements, or to request a specific delivery date.
We will do our best to accommodate delivery dates, but for critical shipments we recommend calling us to confirm availability. We do not ship C.O.D. and we do not require a signature for a package to be left unless requested. We ship via General Logistics Systems (GLS) and are unable to deliver to P.O boxes. Delays or returns due to invalid or incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the purchaser, although we and our carriers do our best to ensure the product arrives as intended. We are not responsible for delays due to signature requirements or delivery attempts. Whether or not to leave a package is at the driver’s discretion and out of our control.
At the time your order is placed, please make sure to provide us with a valid email address so that we can provide you with a GLS tracking number for your shipment.

Ordering Policy
Every customer is special to us and we work hard to make sure that everyone has the best possible experience with Family Friendly Farms. As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on orders placed on our website, however if you are not satisfied with your order, please call us at 1-530-268-8000 to resolve the problem. If you have questions regarding your online order, we recommend calling us before completing the purchase on our website.
