Hello Phil and Family,
I just can't find words to express how much your generosity has blessed us, but I do want to tell you thank you so much for sharing your home, your lovely family, your farm, your knowledge and your hearts with all of us! You guys are such an inspiration to live more as God intended for us to live.
We have been buying "organic" meat from the grocery stores and after experiencing the meat from Family Friendly Farms it makes me wonder what their definition of organic is. The meats from your farm are so much tastier and heartier than what we have found in stores. We have a very large family and for Easter dinner we (very slowly) grilled some of your ribs, tri tip and chicken. What a hit!! Everyone commented on how great the meat tasted and there were NO leftovers for people to take home!

We bought New York steaks that I cooked very hot with pastured butter, salt, and a little pepper for about 2 min per side, then turned down the heat and "slow" cooked them. We ate them rare. It was truly some of the best meat I have ever tasted. I feel really lucky to live in Nevada County and to have access to meat raised by folks that care so much about quality like you all!

Hi - We bought some kabobs from you guys at the growers market in Grass Valley today. So excited to try them we hurried home to 'cue them up and had one of the most wonderful and enjoyable family feasts. Even my two year old "vegetarian" loved the teriyaki beef and veggies.
Just a note to let you know that what you are doing and what you stand for runs deep in our home and we will be having it again.

The steaks turned out perfect. Superb taste, most tender steak I’ve ever eaten. We’ll be ordering more steak as well as tri tip and short ribs from you guys. You have an awesome product.

The brisket turned out great! I cooked it for over 8 hrs. at 225 degrees with one burner on the Weber. I used your olive oil, salt and pepper, and crushed garlic. It cut like butter. I also had a brisket from Texas that was pre-cooked and yours was much tastier.
