Cooking Suggestions: To cook, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), place the Tendons on a baking sheet, and roast for 30-45 minutes. Then simmer the bones in a pot of water or broth for 6-18 hours until the marrow and collagen have been extracted. Use the resulting broth in your favorite soup or stew recipes.
