We will be closed this week from Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving) - Sunday, November 30th. Our last shipping orders before Thanksgiving will be sent out on Monday, November 24th so that they arrive before Thanksgiving. We will not be making our typical deliveries to the Bay area/Sacramento or have our Local pickups on Saturday, November 29th. Description:  Pork skin, once cooked, is known for its tasty crunch and signature puffy texture. Cut from the outside of the Pig, it is most often fried into Chicharrones or Pork Rinds to make a tasty and protein packed snack. 

Cooking Suggestions: To make crunchy Chicharrones, render down some Pork Fat or Beef Fat. Cut the Pork Skin into thin strips and lightly drop them in the rendered fat, frying until golden brown and puffy. Toss in your favorite seasonings and enjoy!

Details: Frozen and Uncooked Pasture Raised Pork Skins. No added hormones, no antibiotics, no chemical fertilizer, and no pesticides. No GMOs, no corn, and no soy. Cut into Strips approximately 2" x 8". Package will arrive frozen.
