We will be closed this week from Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving) - Sunday, November 30th. Our last shipping orders before Thanksgiving will be sent out on Monday, November 24th so that they arrive before Thanksgiving. We will not be making our typical deliveries to the Bay area/Sacramento or have our Local pickups on Saturday, November 29th. Bacon Fried Rice

Bacon Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1lb FFF Natural Smoked Bacon Ends
2 Cups cooked refrigerated rice
2 Eggs
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Chopped White Onion
1 Small Bunch of Chopped Green Onions
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
Toasted Sesame Oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Make 2 cups of white rice and place in the fridge for several hours/overnight to let it get cold and begin to dry out. 
2. Cut your bacon ends into small cubes, and fry in a pan on low heat to render the fat.
3. Once your bacon is cooked and crispy, add your garlic, onion, and the white part of your green onions. Fry until fragrant, then add your eggs and cook until scrambled. 
4. Add in your rice and break apart any clumps, then add in the soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir everything together until cooked.
5. Top with sesame oil and the tops of the green onions and Enjoy!
