Pan Fried Chicken Breast
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pack FFF Boneless Chicken Breasts
Olive Oil
Butter
Salt
Garlic Powder
Pepper
Rosemary
Optional: Lemon Butter seasoning and paprika
DIRECTIONS:
1. Defrost the Chicken Breasts and then pat dry.
2. In a pan on low heat, add the olive oil and about a tablespoon of butter.
3. Season the Chicken Breasts on all sides and put in the pan. Let them cook on medium low heat for around 15 minutes, flipping every 3-4 minutes to allow the chicken to brown evenly on all sides.
4. For the last 6-7 minutes of cooking, add a little more butter and a sprig of rosemary to brighten up the dish.
5. Once the Chicken reaches 160 Degrees F, pull from the heat and put on a plate, pouring the butter sauce from the pan over the top. Let it rest for at least 5 minutes, (This lets the internal temperature reach 165 Degrees F and helps redistribute the juices in the chicken breast).
6. Serve with your favorite sides, drizzle a little lemon juice over the top, and Enjoy!
