Salisbury Steak

Salisbury Steak and Gravy

INGREDIENTS:
1lb FFF Ground Beef
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
Salt 
Pepper

Gravy:
Flour
1 Can Condensed French onion soup or Cream of Mushroom Soup

DIRECTIONS:
1. Defrost your Ground Beef, then in a bowl mix the Ground Beef with the rest of the ingredients and then shape into patties. 
2. In a pan, set your stove to medium heat and brown the patties on both sides. Remove from heat.
3. In the same pan, leave the beef fat and add in the flour a little at a time until it thickens, then add the can of soup.
4. Once the soup has thickened into a gravy, add the Ground Beef Patties back into the pan with the gravy and let simmer until cooked. 
5. Serve with sides and Enjoy!
