BBQ Pork Chops Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
FFF Pork Loin Chops
FFF Olive Oil
Rosemary - Dried or Fresh
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Your Favorite Seasoning Salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Defrost the Pork Chops. Once defrosted, pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Pour a small amount of olive oil and rub it in on all sides of the chops. Then season the Pork chops with the spices and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
3. Bring your grill up to about 250 Degrees F, and place your chops on the grill on indirect heat next to the flame for about 5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temp of around 110 Degrees F.
4. Raise the temperature of your grill to high and move the chops to direct heat and sear the Pork chops to 145 degrees F internal, flipping every 2 minutes or so. (Going to a higher temp is fine, but it will begin to dry out the Chops).
5. Remove from the heat and let rest for 5 minutes.Â
6. Lastly, Serve and Enjoy!
