Breakfast Sausage and Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1lb FFF Country Sausage
4 Medium Potatoes

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut your Potatoes into small cubes
2. Place your Sausage in a pan and break it up into large crumbles.
3. When your Sausage is cooked, take it out of the pan and set aside, but leave the sausage oil in the pan. 
4. Add your potatoes into the pan and fry them in the sausage oil until crispy. Do not be afraid to add a little more oil if the Potatoes begin to stick. (For a more even cook on your potatoes, cover your pan with a lid and let them steam a little as you cook.)
5. When your potatoes are cooked, add back your sausage and stir everything together to reheat your sausage.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
