We will be closed this week from Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving) - Sunday, November 30th. Our last shipping orders before Thanksgiving will be sent out on Monday, November 24th so that they arrive before Thanksgiving. We will not be making our typical deliveries to the Bay area/Sacramento or have our Local pickups on Saturday, November 29th. Steak Bites

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs FFF Top Sirloin, Coulotte/Picanha or New York steak
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar or Red Wine
Worcestershire Sauce

DIRECTIONS:
1. Defrost the Steaks, and cut into about 1 inch cubes, then season with your spices on all sides.
2. Add some olive oil to a pan and turn on low heat.
3. Once the oil is heated up, place in the cubed steak.
4. Let it cook about 2-3 minutes, then flip them to the other side.
5. Turn up the heat and sear for about 4-5 minutes (flipping occasionally).
6. Once the Steak Bites are done, remove from heat. In the same pan add in the Balsamic Vinegar/Red Wine and Worcestershire Sauce. Cook the sauce down on simmer until reduced by about half.
7. Add the steak bites back in and let them glaze in the sauce on simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
8. Let rest for at least 5 minutes, then Serve and Enjoy!
